Core Strength for an Effective Midrange Shot.

The internet is full of great beginner and advanced core workouts. Core strength is great for stability and over all athleticism of basketball players. Midrange7 works with Roger Hinds, athletic trainer for the New York Knicks, who demonstrates Core Strength Training exercises on the Midrange7 DVD. Roger walks you through stretches, warm-up, core movements, and cool-down. Pilates is also a great way to have a solid core. What are some of your favorite core conditioning exercises?
